After Jesús Morales from the Himalaia-Maestrat expedition summited Dhaulagiri I he needed help to come down the mountain probably because of frostbite and exhaustion. Rafael Guillén went up the mountain to help him, but he had a fatal accident and died. More details are not known so far.
